conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions.

Shipping & Handling
Only orders from residents within Australia will be processed. If you live outside of
Australia and wish to place an order with our store please contact us with your order
so that we may provide you with for a quote on postage and handling.
All orders placed will be processed as promptly as possible. Once a payment has cleared
orders will be sent within 1 - 3 days via your chosen Australia Post postal method
(Parcel Post or Express Post). Shipping times may vary form 1 - 7 days depending on where in
Australia and the shipping method being used.
Maximum Order Weights
Our shopping cart shipping module is designed for orders up to maximum weight of 20kg.
If your order exceeds this weight, our live postage and handling caculations may not be correct.
If you place an order over 20kg in weight our sales team will contact you directly to inform you
of any additional shipping charges that will be incured due to exceeding this 20kg limit.
Although all care is taken to securely pack your goods for transit, once your order is been
passed on to a postage service for delivery you agree that busybottoms.com.au is no longer
liable for any damage or loss that may arise during transit or delivery of any goods ordered.
Warranty & Returns
Products that you have purchased from busybottoms.com.au that include a warranty will state
the warranty period next to the item on your invoice.
If you find that goods you have received from busybottoms.com.au are defective due to
manufacturing fault or fail in any way during the warranty period please return the faulty
goods with proof of purchase to us for inspection and / or replacement. All return freight
costs will be paid for by us.
busybottoms.com.au will not replace a faulty item under warranty if it is found that the item in
question has either been damaged in transit, abused, misused, altered, tampered with or used in
a way that it was not designed for.
Disputes
If you have a grievance regarding the postage, handling or warranty of any products purchased
from busybottoms.com.au please state your complaint in writing and send it to the postal details
at the bottom of this page.
