How to register with busybottoms.com.au
Click on the 'Create Account' link at the top of any page.
You will be asked to register before you make your first purchase. You must register with busybottoms.com.au as we need the information to fulfil your order and provide important information.
You will be asked to provide your email address first. Please ensure that you give a current and correct email address as we use this as our primary contact method for information, including order confirmation and dispatch information.
You will then be asked for your billing postcode. You must provide the billing postcode of the card you intend to use. You will have the option to add a alternative delivery address later. Failing to provide the correct billing postcode will result in your order being held and possibly cancelled.
Following that you will be ask for your name, address confirmation, email confirmation and contact telephone number(s).
You will also have the choice regarding busybottoms.com marketing. You can receive promotional offers via email, text and post.
You will need to agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Please make sure that you read these.
Finally you must choose a password. It must 6 characters long and is recommended to include numbers.
Then click "Continue". Thats it. You can now login to our website.
Once you have my email address and personal home/business address, is it your standard practise to send unsolicited mail?
On the registration page there is box to tick if you would like to be contacted about promotions and/or newsletters via email. If you do not tick this box then you will not be emailed from busybottoms.com.au except if there is a problem with your order.
If I place an order with busybottoms.com.au will it all be dispatched together or in bits and pieces?
Your order will be dispatched together. Unless one item is out of stock then the remaining part of your order will be shipped. We will not hold your in stock goods untill the other item comes back into stock.

What shipping options are available to me?
busy bottoms's delivery charges are simple.
Delivery to Customers within the Mildura area are free of charge.
Customers within Sunraysia but not within Mildura area, deliveries will be $3.00 per delivery.
All other orders will be dispatched the same day or when payment has been confirmed.
All details for postage options are supplied at the checkout shipping section of our checkout.
Once my order has been dispatched can I request it to be redirected somewhere else?
Once your goods have been dispatched then we cannot make any amendments to the order. It will be delivered to the address that you provided.
