How to Manage your Orders.
Cancel or amend your order
You can view/access all the orders you've ever placed with us in the 'My Account', secure area of the website.
Within this section there is the following option 'View the orders you have made' and here you can access all of the orders you've ever placed, including outstanding orders and orders that have already been completed.
If you have placed an order with busybottoms.com.au but then wish to cancel it, you will have to email sales@busybottoms.com.au as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order status has changed from 'pending' to 'processing' we are unable to stop the order from leaving as it has already been dispatched.
Order status messages
If you've placed an order with us and would like to know what stage it's at, you can do this by visiting the 'View the orders you have made' page, within the 'My Account' section of our website. The order statusis located on the yop right hand corner of the order history table and will be listed as either 'Pending', 'Processing' or 'Goods Shipped'..
Pending
Your order has been placed and is waiting to be processed. At this stage you are able to cancel your order as suggested in the 'Cancel or amend your order' section above.
Processing
Your order has been received and is being packaged for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled from this stage forward.
Delivered
We have received confirmation your order has been delivered. Please note that sometimes there could be multiple consignments i.e. multiple boxes involved on a single order.
Stock no longer allocated to my order
Whilst our warehouse team work hard to ensure the accuracy of our stock levels, very occasionally, a discrepancy occurs where our system thinks we have more units in stock than are physically shelved within our warehouse. This is due to a manual stock counting error.
If you have placed an order and your order has become out of stock you will be notified immediately. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our team of buyers will automatically be alerted to the situation and we will replenish the stock as quickly as possible. When stock is available, it will be allocated to your order automatically and despatched as normal.
If you prefer not to wait, you can of course cancel your order at any time. To do this email sales@busybottoms.com.au with your order number.
