How to Manage your Account.
Obtaining a copy invoice/receipt
You can print a copy invoice/receipt for any previous order from busy bottoms.com via our website. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Click the 'My Account Information' button in the left hand corner of our website and log it to your busybottoms.com.au account.
2. Click 'View the orders I have made' then select the order on which you want a copy invoice by clicking 'view order'.
I've forgotten my password
To be reminded of your password simply follows these easy steps:
1. Click this link 'Password forgotten? Click here' on our login page.
2. Enter your email address and this will trigger a request to us and we'll send your password to your registered email address.
Please note that this is the only way that we'll resend customers their passwords, because it's secure. To send out customer passwords via any other means, or via any other route wouldn't be secure and therefore is not something that busybottoms.com.au do.
Changing your email address
If you're already registered with busybottoms.com.au, but have changed your email address, you'll need to amend your details your account. This is because our system uses your email address both as a login, to confirm orders and as our main method of communication. It's also the email address we'll use if you're signed up to receive our product newsletters.
To amend your details on our system please follow these steps:
1. Login one last time using your old email address by clicking the 'My Account Information' button (top left of the homepage) or via the link at the bottom of this article.
2. You will be taken to the 'my account' home page.
3. Click 'View or change my account information' from the list.
4. Here you can change your email address. Simply enter your new email and then click continue to save changes when done.
When you login now, you'll need to use your new email address. All notifications, receipts/invoices etc. will now go to your new email address.
To change your password simply click 'Change my account password' at the 'my account' page.
Log in details do not work
For security reasons, when you try to access the secure areas of our website, our login system references a database in order to authenticate your log in attempt and confirm your identity as the authorised account holder. In order to allow you access, the information you type at the login page (i.e. your email address and password details), must match exactly your database record.
We've found that the most common reason people cannot log in, is because they've not typed in their email address/password correctly.
Please remember that all email addresses must have the @ symbol somewhere in them and must end in .com, or .co.uk, or .net etc. Common problems include people confusing their login email on our system, with logins for other websites where perhaps there is only the need to type a name or something like 'jsmith'.
If you've forgotten your password you can get it re-sent securely, quite easily. Please read the forgotten
Email address error on registration
If you receive an error message saying "the email address has already been registered", then our system has recognised that the email address in question already exists on our database. It may be that you've previously successfully registered on our system but have either forgotten, or did not realise your registration was successful at the time.
If you think this is the case and you just need your password resending so you can enter the site, then please link through to our help article which explains what to do when you've forgotten or lost your password. You can access this here. Follow the step by step instructions and your password will be securely emailed to you.
