We answer every email which arrives into our email system without fail
However we cannot answer emails that we don't receive. It is entirely possible that if your email has not been answered within our stated timescale (we answer every email received by 5pm, Monday to Saturday) we have not received it!
We are not avoiding you!
Our emails and systems are protected by measures to filter out Viruses and Spam and therefore your email may have been picked up and removed before actually getting to us.
Can we suggest that if you are experiencing communications problems with our email system that you use an alternative email address (perhaps a home or work account) or simply bypass the email system and call us direct.
Immediate Response
We have now introduced a direct link between our customers and the customer services teams. However we are not encouraging this communication method as your number one choice when dealing with busybottoms.com.au
Our main communication focus will continue to be via email. These delivery methods allow for written information to be recorded between two parties where the phone line is subject to hearsay and possible misunderstandings.

Bounced Emails
Out of the all the emails that we reply to every month, a small portion are returned to us because they did not reach the original sender. Most of these failed emails refer to free internet based accounts such as "Hotmail, Yahoo, Lycos, etc" but are not exclusive to the free accounts.
All failed messages received back into the system are resent at least once.
